Tom Skalycz

Tom Skalycz is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in various roles related to enterprise architecture and technology management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at HM Revenue & Customs since November 2021, Tom previously held the position of Chief Enterprise Architect and Enterprise Architect at Thales from September 2015 to November 2021. Tom's career includes a notable tenure as Enterprise Solutions Architect at A4e, where significant projects such as Business Process Management Systems and web portals were delivered. Prior to that, Tom managed special programs at Barnsley MBC, implementing electronic document and records management systems for over 2000 users. Tom's technical skills encompass a range of systems and programming languages, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
