Elcin Uygun

Elcin Uygun serves as the Head of HR for the Logistics Cluster Central & East Europe and the Logistics Region Central Europe at H&M Group since February 2022. Prior to this role, Elcin held multiple senior HR positions at YILPORT Holding Inc., including Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Executive Director, from April 2014 to January 2022. Elcin’s early career involved roles such as Project Coordinator & Professional Development Advisor at Özyeğin University, Sales Training & Development Executive at Avon, and Training & Development Executive at HSBC. Elcin's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Economics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
