Frank Claushues

Frank Claushues has over 25 years of experience in IT and digital transformation roles, primarily with H&M Group since 2005. Currently serving as Program Manager for Digital Finance Transformation, Frank leads strategic initiatives that enhance financial processes and operational efficiency, employing agile project management methods. Previous roles include Enterprise IT Portfolio Manager, where Frank managed a €400M project portfolio and established effective resource allocation processes, and Global IT Transition and Program Manager, overseeing the implementation of IT services for 5,000 stores worldwide. Frank's early career features positions in system engineering and communications engineering, complemented by degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and Technical College Ahaus.
