Jeremy Reese

Jeremy Reese is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Head of Learning Strategy & Operations at H&M Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jeremy held the position of Vice President of Learning and Development for the Americas at H&M from November 2021 to July 2023. Jeremy's extensive experience includes over a decade at Equinox, where multiple leadership roles encompassed Head of Learning & Development, Head of Equality + Belonging, and Senior Director of Learning, Development, and Inclusion, among others. Earlier in their career, Jeremy worked as a Field Operations Manager for the U.S. Census Bureau. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Ithaca College. Additional foundational education was completed at Jesuit High School of New Orleans and the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts.
