Kishore Reddy

Kishore Reddy has extensive experience in business and sustainability across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Business Controller at H&M Group since 2021, Kishore has held roles focused on global sustainability and digital growth. Prior to this, Kishore co-founded and directed Youth for Sustainable Impact, a youth organization that positively influenced over 30,000 individuals in Asia and Africa. As a Youth Consultant and Delegate for the United Nations, involvement included contributing to high-level policy-making forums and global reports, such as the ILO "Decent Jobs for Youth Impact Report 2019-21." Additionally, Kishore co-founded Dame and Earl LLP, providing strategic advisory to over 30 small businesses in transitioning to circular and digital models. Early experience includes working as a Business Expansions Associate for AIESEC, spearheading operations expansion in India. Kishore holds a Master’s in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
