Marcin Zurowski is an accomplished legal and logistics professional with extensive experience in the H&M Group as the Head of Logistics Real Estate and Legal in Europe since November 2004. In this role, Marcin manages the legal and commercial aspects of logistics real estate and leads a legal team providing guidance on construction, e-commerce, logistics, customs, and distribution. Previous positions include Legal Counsel and Regional Legal Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing legal and risk management across 21 European countries. Marcin has also been involved in academia as a member of the Business Council at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu, an advisory committee member at Kozminski University, and a visiting lecturer at Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie. As the founder of ENVI LAWYERS, Marcin provides consulting in environmental and health and safety law. Marcin holds a PhD in Law from Polska Akademia Nauk and a Master's degree in Law from the European School of Law and Administration, along with a postgraduate degree in Safety Management.
