Mitul Jain is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps across various global companies. Currently serving as the Global Capability Lead for SRE at H&M Group since July 2022, Mitul builds and leads global SRE capabilities to support online business across multiple markets. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering at adidas, where leadership encompassed a team of over 70 people across several countries, and General Manager of IT at IGT Solutions, overseeing DevOps and testing services globally. With a strong foundation in software configuration and release management initiated at Capgemini and bolstered by earlier positions at Fidelity International and Datamatics Global Services, Mitul has developed expertise in automation, cloud services, and agile methodologies. Educational credentials include an Executive PGP in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
