Payal Jain has over two decades of experience in sustainability and social compliance within the apparel industry, primarily with H&M Group, where roles have included Head of Social Impact and Sustainability, as well as Supply Chain Manager. With a strong focus on global production and sustainable practices, Payal has successfully managed operations in Seoul and overseen performance indicators adapting to industry needs. Prior experience includes social compliance leadership at S.D. Apparels Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and HR management at SPL Industries Ltd. Payal holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management.
