Swarupa Shivananda is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and Competence Lead at H&M Group since March 2022, Swarupa previously held various leadership and technical roles at IBM from January 2011 to March 2021, including Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, and Automation Test Lead. Prior experience includes positions such as Web QA Lead at Knowledge Adventure and Senior QA Analyst at Tech Mahindra.
