Yael Freudenthal

Yael Freudenthal, GRP®, is an experienced professional in total rewards management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Head of Total Rewards at H&M Group since December 2021, Yael previously held the same role at H&M from August to December 2021. Prior experience includes leading Total Rewards initiatives at Electrolux and serving in various HR capacities at Ericsson, where responsibilities ranged from Executive Remuneration to HR Business Partner roles. Yael's career began at Stockholms stad as a trainee in HR, with a solid academic foundation in Human Resources from Stockholm University.
