Jason James

Jason James has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jason is currently serving as the Head of Leasing at HMC Capital since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Aventus Group as the Head of Leasing and Development from August 2019 to March 2022.

Jason has also served at Scentre Group, the owner and operator of Westfield in Australia and New Zealand, as a Regional Manager from October 2008 to August 2019.

Before their role at Scentre Group, they worked at Westfield as a Project Manager in Leasing. Jason held this position from January 2000 to September 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager in Leasing at Westfield from January 1996 to December 1999.

Jason's early work experience includes working as a Solicitor at Holland Beckett from January 1995 to January 1996.

Throughout their career, Jason James has gained extensive experience in leasing, development, and project management within the real estate industry.

Jason James attended Victoria University of Wellington from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
