Naz O. currently serves as an Employer Engagement and Employment Coach at Halton Multicultural Council Inc, focusing on assisting newcomer clients with limited English proficiency in accessing employment resources. Concurrently, Naz O. volunteers with the Afghan Women's Organization and previously worked as an Employment Counselor for newcomer women at the Mennonite New Life Centre, facilitating their integration into the Canadian workforce.
