The Settlement and Community Services team at HMC Connections supports immigrants, refugees, and newcomers in successfully settling and integrating into the Halton community. This team provides tailored services, including youth-specific programs, community engagement activities, and comprehensive settlement support, to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all newcomers.
