Following their experience at Nokia, Miano joined Microsoft South Africa as the Head of Finance & Business Control for Mobile Devices in Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role, they had overall responsibility for Mobile Devices finance and business controls across the region. Michael actively participated in the integration and transition project after Microsoft's acquisition of Nokia.
