Scott Sphar has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Scott began their career at Panasonic Speech Technology Laboratory as a Linguist from 2002 to 2003. Scott then worked at Dell EMC as the EMEA Digital Agency Lead, overseeing digital operations and marketing activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from 2014 to 2017.

Afterwards, they joined Amadeus as the Digital Program Lead, where they managed the digital ecosystem program, including planning and implementing agile and data-driven digital capabilities from 2017 to 2018.

Scott then moved on to Luxus Worldwide, where they held multiple roles. Scott started as a Copywriter in 2007, creating content for digital projects. Scott then became a Producer, leading various digital projects and ensuring their timely completion and budget adherence from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they served as the Executive Producer, overseeing account and project management, sales, business development, and strategic planning until 2014. Scott then took on the position of Business Director, UK, where they managed client relationships, developed new business, and forged strategic partnerships from 2013 to 2015. Scott also served as the Director of Operations, responsible for managing competence teams and client accounts, project management, and business development from 2014 to 2015. Finally, as the Managing Director of Luxus London, they played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the Luxus presence in the UK market from 2015 to 2019.

Most recently, Scott worked at HMD Global, first serving as the Global Media Lead, where they developed media strategies and executed media planning and execution across regions and markets from 2019 to 2020. Scott then became the Marketing Insight Lead, responsible for integrating consumer insights into marketing activation and product development, as well as providing support in marketing performance and measurement.

Throughout their career, Scott has showcased their expertise in consumer research, marketing insights, media planning, project management, business development, and digital strategy.

Scott Sphar has a diverse educational background. Scott began their education at Foothill College in 1998, where they studied a variety of subjects including English, Physics, Mathematics, German, Japanese, Political Science, and Anthropology. Scott then transferred to the University of Bremen in 2000 to further their studies in General Linguistics, German Studies, and Linguistic Typology.

In 2002, Scott enrolled at UC Santa Barbara, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Linguistics. Scott completed this program in 2003. Continuing their education, they went on to the University of Helsinki in 2004 and earned a Master of Arts degree in General Linguistics in 2007.

Most recently, in 2020, Scott attended Stanford Continuing Studies, where they pursued a program called "Leadership by Design."
