The Sales and Customer Support Team at HME Ahrens-Fox is responsible for engaging with fleet managers, fire chiefs, and firefighters to understand their needs and ensure they receive the best possible fire trucks. The Fleet Sales Manager and Sales Manager (remote) work together to secure sales and build lasting relationships with clients, while the Customer Support Technical Specialist provides ongoing technical assistance and support, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.
