Kab Xiong, CSP

Kab Xiong, CSP has a long history of working in Human Resources. From 2017 to present, they have worked as an HR Manager and HR Generalist at HAP (Hmong American Partnership). From 2012 to 2017, they were a Recruiting Supervisor at Award Staffing. From 2006 to 2012, they were an Human Resource Assistant at National Choice Bakery. In these roles, they were responsible for providing support in the functional areas of human resources, including; recruitment and employment, records and data integrity, employee relations, job descriptions, compensation management, benefits administration, and coordination of various human resources related programs. Kab was also responsible for full cycle recruiting activities, job posting, job description, sourcing, candidate marketing and client communication, as well as scheduling the workforce to meet the production schedule, creating and managing production schedule, processing applications and setting up interviews, administering Orientation for New Hire, resource management for recruitment, supporting training processes, time keeping and employee attendance, updating Employee files, safety including OSHA Log and accident reporting, performance evaluation administration and documentation, supporting other managers in administrative functions, and coordinating implementations of services, policies and procedures developed by the HR Manager.

Kab Xiong obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Inver Hills Community College in General Studies from 2012 to 2017. Kab then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Human Resources Management and Services from Concordia University-St. Paul from 2018 to 2022. In 2017, they also obtained a Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.
