Tswj Haiv (Lang) Vang has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2000, Vang served as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for personnel management and training, including supervising 20 Marines and providing transportation and security in hot zones. In 2008, Vang joined RBC Wealth Management as a Senior Associate. From 2013 to 2015, Vang was the Owner of Craw Daddy's Yummy Kitchen, a new concept restaurant of Asian Fusion food with Crawfish as the main dish. Finally, from 2015 to present, Vang has been the Social Enterprise Manager for Hmong American Partnership, where they are responsible for managing, designing, coordinating and implementing new initiatives in the Social Enterprise Department, as well as overseeing the Transportation Department and its policies, procedures and protocols.

Tswj Haiv (Lang) Vang attended Central High School from 1997 to 2000. Tswj Haiv (Lang) then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Metro State University from 2009 to 2012.
