Ivan Mothershead

Ivan Mothershead currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at HMR Veterans Services, Inc., starting in October 2024. Additionally, Ivan is a member of VentureSouth since February 2019. Ivan has extensive experience in corporate development, previously holding roles such as Vice President of Corporate Development at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence from January 2021 to September 2024 and Vice President of Strategic Development at Elior North America from May 2016 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, Ivan served as Principal and Associate at Promontory Financial Group, LLC, and completed a Summer Associate role at Booz Allen Hamilton. Ivan's business development experience also includes former positions at UMI Publications and Southwestern Company. Academically, Ivan holds an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and degrees in Economics and History from Duke University, supplemented by foundational education at Charlotte Country Day School.
