HMR Plan

HMR (Health Management Resources) is a leading provider of clinically-proven weight loss and lifestyle change programs for individuals, patients, and employees. Our clinic and at-home programs use structured meal plans and the science of behavior change to help members achieve clinically effective weight loss and improved health outcomes. We’re honored to have helped more than half a million people since 1983. HMR is so much more than just a diet. It’s a lifestyle-focused program that promotes weight loss success with a structured, nutritionally-complete diet plan, physical activity, and behavioral health coaching. Our coaches are trained to help participants lose a lot of weight, while learning and developing healthy habits that can support long-term weight management, long after the diet is over. Explore the HMR Plan for workplace wellness and population health: With HMR’s at-home program, you can bring the HMR experience to your employee or patient populations. In clinical studies and in real-world workplaces, participants completing 10 weeks or more on the program lose on average 10% or more of initial body weight, an amount considered medically relevant in reducing health risk factors. It’s easy to implement and maintain as part of any workplace wellness or population health initiative. And there is no charge to your organization to offer our program. We also provide outcomes data at no cost. To view our data and case studies or to learn how you can bring the HMR Program to your organization, visit https://www.hmrprogram.com/for-professionals
