Chen Tal currently serves as Head of Regulation and Policy CoE at hms - Strategic Financial IT since March 2022 and is also a mentor at Tel Aviv University's Social Enterprises Accelerator since March 2021. Prior experience includes leading regulatory reforms at the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture from June 2016 to March 2022, which saved over 100 million NIS for the Israeli economy. Chen held a position as an Assistant Lecturer at Bar-Ilan University and worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG Israel, auditing public companies in compliance with IFRS standards. Previous roles include IT implementation at Eltel Technologistics LTD and serving as Training Department Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. Chen holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
