Brian Neal

Brian Neal has served HMS Health since 2006. He accepted his role as President and CEO in 2010, embracing the opportunity to help spearhead the company’s continued success. He is responsible for setting strategy, directing the leadership team, managing the overall business and overseeing business development programs. Over the past 20 years, Brian has successfully led companies in the healthcare informatics and radiology services industries and has been involved with four early-stage businesses. These businesses range from entities he has funded himself to the creation of GE Medical Systems initial PACS software business, Integrated Imaging Solutions.

For more than a decade, Brian has been instrumental in helping empower community hospitals with innovative technologies. Serving rural and community hospitals requires unique expertise, which Brian has further developed while dedicating the last 12 years to finding creative solutions to these hospitals’ clinical technology management and maintenance needs.
