David Senft

David Senft is a seasoned professional in commercial insurance and risk management, with over 20 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive at HMS Insurance Associates, Inc., where retirement occurred in January 2023. During tenure at HMS, David specialized in commercial insurance, captive insurance programs, environmental insurance, employee benefits, surety bonding programs, and self-insurance alternatives. As a leader, David contributed significantly as a consultant for captive services and developed custom safety and risk control service programs. Previously, as Vice President at Warfield Dorsey & Company, David managed agency sales efforts to develop new business opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a notable education from Gilman School.
