Matthew Wells

Matthew Wells has accumulated extensive experience in program management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Platting Coordinator at HMT Engineering & Surveying since March 2022, Matthew previously held multiple positions at USAA from July 2012 to March 2022. These roles included Program Test Manager and Program Test Analyst, where responsibilities focused on User Acceptance Testing for Primary Banking initiatives in Agile Development. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Business Advisor, overseeing small-mod efforts and providing solutions to enhance business processes. Matthew holds a degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
