Joe Hendry

Joe Hendry serves as the Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at H&MV Engineering since August 2023, overseeing global recruitment efforts with a focus on multiple countries including Ireland, the UK, Germany, and India. Previously, Joe held the position of Global Director - Head of Talent Acquisition at Wildlife Studios, where significant cost reductions were achieved in agency spending. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Director at Cloudera, where Joe established an Executive Search team and enhanced the talent brand, and as Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA at Alter Domus. Joe's extensive background includes key roles at VMware, where responsibilities spanned various levels of recruitment and training across EMEA and APJ regions, significantly contributing to staffing strategies and operational excellence. Joe holds a MSc in HRM and a BA in Business Studies from The University of Glamorgan.
