Charlotte Lawrance

Charlotte Lawrance is a qualified Mental Health First Aider at MHFA England® since March 2024. With extensive experience in retail, Charlotte has held various positions at HMV Retail Ltd since November 2011, including Central Operations Coordinator and Supervisor in Technology, Games, and Merchandise. Charlotte's background also includes a role as a Swedish Telemarketer at Quantum Marketing and order registration work at Fläkt Woods AB. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth and a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice from ICS Learn, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Grennaskolan.
