Krys Haycox

Krys Haycox is an experienced Application Support Analyst at HMV Retail Ltd since October 2010, having held multiple roles including Service Desk Analyst and Loss Prevention/IT Hardware Support. Responsibilities include providing IT support to over 200 stores, managing cash and sales polling issues, and ensuring high standards in customer service.
