Craig Novosat

Craig Novosat has been working in the IT field since 2013. From 2013 to 2014 they worked as an IT Consultant for Geek Squad, where they provided customers with repair, installation and service of products in the store. Craig also performed product shipping and receiving, product maintenance, repairs, and services. In 2014, they began working for Health Net Connect, Inc. as an IT Project Manager. In this role, they installed, configured, and maintained HNC Telehealth software on client workstations. Craig also designed user interfaces and workflows for new and existing software. Craig had TCP/IP networking skills, including IP addressing/subnetting, switch configuration, Ethernet/fiber fundamentals, and an understanding of video systems, IP video, and audio. Craig also completed audits to review and strengthen information security, compliance and privacy policies.

Craig Novosat is currently studying Information Technology at Penn State University. Craig has also obtained two certifications in 2021: Project Management: Healthcare Projects from LinkedIn in May, and How to Use LinkedIn Learning from LinkedIn in February.
