Hiten Jethwa

Hiten Jethwa currently serves as the Director of Infrastructure & Leader Support at The HadaNou Collective since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Book Trust as Senior Director of Programs and National Program Director, and at 2U as Admissions Counselor. Hiten held various positions at the Cabinet Office, including Program Manager for Youth Policy and Diversity Strategy, where significant contributions included the design of a two-year program to remove barriers to success and project management of communications restructuring. Additional experience includes being a Research Fellow at the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust UK, Private Secretary to a Director at the NHS, and a High School Science Teacher with Teach First. Hiten Jethwa holds an MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Warwick, a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol, and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Science from Nottingham Trent University.
