Mario Huizar

Mario Huizar is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Representative at HNI Healthcare since October 2019, Mario previously worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Shopgate Inc. and as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. In these roles, responsibilities included administrative support for large teams, compliance tracking, and managing HR processes for over 700 associates. Mario also gained foundational HR experience as a Human Resources Intern at Goodwill Central Texas, supporting a team of recruiters managing numerous vacancies. Mario holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University, completed in 2016.
