Prateek Rastogi

Prateek Rastogi currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at HNI India since December 2024. Prior to this role, Prateek held the position of Head - HRBP for Kitchen and Home Appliances and Evok retail businesses at Hindware Home Innovation Limited from October 2023 to November 2024. Prateek was also the Head of HR at Kenstar from September 2017 to October 2023 and took on the additional role of Group Lead - HR for Kenstar and Hyundai Electronics in January 2023. Earlier in the career, Prateek was the Assistant General Manager at Videocon Industries Ltd, focusing on Organizational Development and Talent Management from February 2013 to September 2017, and served as an HR Manager at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd from December 2011 to February 2013. Educational qualifications include a PGCHRM in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDBA in Business Administration and Management from ITM Business School.
