Kelly McGriff

Director, Compliance at HNI

Kelly McGriff has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and compliance fields. Kelly started their career at NCR Corporation in 1990 as a Planning Analyst and Systems Analyst. Kelly then worked their way up to become a Business Consultant and Pricing Manager, overseeing financial aspects for diversified selling teams. In 2002, they became the Director of Finance at NCR, responsible for a $550M operation spanning the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. In 2005, McGriff joined The HON Company as a Commercial Controller, where they provided financial and strategic support to the company's marketing program investments. Kelly later became the Director of Marketing Programs, taking on strategic and financial responsibilities for the company's marketing initiatives. In 2009, they transitioned to HNI Corporation, serving as the Treasurer of HNI before being promoted to Director of Government Contract Compliance and later Director of Compliance.

Kelly McGriff holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, which they obtained from Wright State University between 1985 and 1989. Kelly further pursued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree with a focus on Finance from 1992 to 1995.
