Tom Kozlowski

Tom Kozlowski has extensive work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Tom is currently serving as the Vice President of Decision Science at HNI Corporation since May 2019. Prior to this, they held various roles at DRIVIN powered by KAR, including Vice President of Data Science, Senior Director of Data Science, Director of Data Science, and Lead of Data Science. From 2014 to 2015, Tom worked as the Manager of Advanced Analytics at ORBITZ. Tom also gained experience in eCommerce advanced analytics and statistical modeling & analytics as a Manager at Quill from 2013 to 2014. Before that, Tom worked as a Sr. Associate at Discover Financial Services from 2012 to 2013. Tom began their career at Allstate, where they held positions as a Staff Analyst, Sr. Analyst, and Analyst from 2008 to 2012.

Tom Kozlowski has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago. Tom also holds a Master's degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Additionally, they completed an Executive Development Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Tom has obtained several certifications, including Machine Learning Foundations, Machine Learning: Classification, Machine Learning: Clustering & Retrieval, Machine Learning: Regression, and an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Apache Spark.
