Drew Provini

Drew Provini has a diverse range of work experience in the recruitment field. Drew began their career at Coastal Sands Realty as a Broker In Charge, where they were responsible for overseeing a team of Realtors. Drew then worked as a Telecommunications Recruiter at BCI Communications, where they achieved exceptional recruiting standards and revenue goals.

Provini later transitioned to a role as an Aerospace, Engineering and Technical Recruiter at Volt Technical Resources, specializing in placing professionals in the aerospace, medical, and electronics industries. Drew then joined Experis as an Engineering & Technical Recruiter, where they were recognized for the quality of their candidate submittals.

At Compucom, Provini held multiple roles, including Lead Technical Recruiter for eXcell's Managed Services Division, Recruiting Manager for the Staff Augmentation and Managed Service Teams, and Director of Talent Acquisition for eXcell's Managed Service and Staff Augmentation programs.

Provini then served as a Senior Client Lead in a strategic recruiting division at Amazon Web Services, providing commercial-cloud technology to the U.S. Intelligence Community.

In their most recent position, Provini was the Vice President of Recruiting at HNM Systems, a company specializing in direct hire and contract to hire services for the telecommunications, utilities, and IT sectors.

Throughout their career, Provini has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, implementing recruiting programs, and building relationships with clients and candidates in various industries.

Drew Provini completed the Avionics Technician Training program at the United States Coast Guard Aviation Training Center from 1999 to 2000. During this time, they specialized in HH-60 Jayhawk Avionics Technician and Technical Support. In 2003, Drew attended the Fortune School of Real Estate and obtained a Sales License and Brokers License, with a focus on subjects such as Sales, Sales Management, Ethics, Real Estate Law, and Property Management. Additionally, in July 2021, they obtained a certification titled "Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment" from LinkedIn.
