Emily Murphy

Emily Murphy, SPHR, currently serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Operations at HNM Systems since September 2019. In these roles, Emily oversees business strategy across all divisions, implements strategic roadmaps, supports the CEO in managing revenue and profitability, and fosters an innovative corporate culture. Emily previously held the position of Head of People Operations at HNM, leading people strategies, enhancing employee relations, and achieving high employee satisfaction scores. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Target, where Emily consistently exceeded profitability and customer satisfaction goals, as well as an internship at Classy.org focusing on social media marketing campaigns. Emily holds a BS in Integrated Marketing Concepts from San Diego State University and a BS in Marketing/General Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
