Tara Majerus

Tara Majerus is an experienced accounting and collections professional with a diverse background in property management and financial oversight. Currently serving as the Collections and Move Out Manager at HNN Communities since October 2020, Tara oversees all collection processes and move-out operations, acting as a first level of escalation and providing training in these areas. Prior roles include Property Accountant at HNN Associates LLC, Account Manager at Windermere Professional Partners Property Management, and Accounting Manager at Park 52 Association Management LLC, where Tara successfully managed accounting for multiple communities and maintained low collection levels through effective communication. Tara's early career included positions at BPI Medical, City of Roy, and Family Centered Services of Alaska, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting practices, payroll processing, and customer relations. Tara holds academic credentials in Accounting and Finance from Midlands Technical College and is currently pursuing further education at Tacoma Community College.
