Kristijan Novosel

Kristijan Novosel is an accomplished professional in the field of football officiating, currently serving as an International Football Assistant Referee for both FIFA and UEFA since January 2022. In addition to this role, Kristijan is a co-founder of Kulen Novosel, contributing to the business since September 2014. With a longstanding career as a referee for the Croatian Football Federation since 2007, Kristijan also gained experience as a Commercial Assistant at PPK Valpovo d.o.o. from February 2015 to January 2018, and as a member of Entrepreneurs Without Borders from May 2013 to January 2018. Marketing and sales expertise was acquired through work at OPG Novosel from 2005 to January 2018. Kristijan holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics Osijek (2012-2014) and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from Sveučilište 'Josipa Jurja Strossmayera' u Osijeku (2008-2014).
