Blake Jones

Blake Jones currently serves as the Director of Strategic Communications at HNTB since April 2022. Prior experience includes a decade at Sound Transit, where Blake held various positions, culminating as Project Manager for High Capacity Transit, overseeing the planning and design of significant transit facilities and managing project scope and budgets. As the North Corridor Community Engagement Manager, Blake managed community engagement initiatives for multiple projects, including the Lynnwood Link light rail extension, developing strategic communications plans to ensure inclusive project representation. Prior roles include Community Engagement Specialist and Coordinator at Sound Transit, as well as Sustainability Specialist at Clark County Environmental Services. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Washington State University.
