David Flanders

David Flanders, PE, PMP, currently serves as Project Director and Vice President at HNTB since May 2008, where responsibilities also include Office Leader. Prior to this role, David was Office Leader at Stantec from November 2000 to April 2008. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, obtained from 1979 to 1983, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University, completed from 1987 to 1991.
