Jim Robinette

Jim Robinette serves as a Roadway Project Manager at HNTB since April 2022, managing significant projects such as the I-39/90/94 Study Corridor and the I-39/90/94 Study South Segment, while also assisting with several other initiatives. Prior to this role, Jim held multiple positions at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation from June 2010 to April 2022, including Technical Services Section Chief and Program Services Supervisor, overseeing substantial mega-project programs and leading the management of various projects like the Zoo Interchange. Jim's extensive experience in civil engineering is supported by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, alongside earlier education in civil engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
