Kevin R. Collins

Kevin R. Collins serves as Senior Vice President and New York Office Leader at HNTB, a position held since November 2013, while also leading the Seattle office. Previous roles at HNTB include Vice President and Project Director. Prior to joining HNTB, Kevin R. Collins worked at HDR as Vice President and Transit Project Manager from March 1998 to November 2013, and served as Project Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from October 1994 to March 1998. Kevin R. Collins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Project Management certificate from the University of Washington.
