Mark H Dingler

Mark H Dingler, P.E. has extensive experience in the engineering field, notably in railway and network services. At CSX, from May 2015 to May 2016, Mark served as Manager Network Service Quality, where analytics were utilized to enhance productivity. As Manager Network Modeling, Mark led simulation efforts for capacity expansion projects, and in the role of Engineer Track Analysis and Scheduling, schedules were developed for track geometry testing vehicles while providing analytical support to the engineering department. Prior experience includes internships at Sargent & Lundy LLC and BNSF Railway. Currently, Mark is the Senior Rail Simulation Project Manager at HNTB since July 2018. Mark holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a study abroad program at the University of Nottingham.
