Melanie Huff

Melanie Huff, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President, Director of Total Rewards, HR Operations & Technology at HNTB, a role held since March 2015. Melanie has progressed through various positions at HNTB, including Associate Vice President and Director of Total Rewards, and initially joined the company as Benefits Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Benefits Manager at ONEOK from May 2010 to March 2015, Human Resources Manager at Harmar, and Senior Benefits Analyst at Grubb & Ellis. Melanie began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Generalist at Yaskawa Electric America Inc. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University.
