Michael Parker

Michael Parker, PE, MSCE, serves as the Water Resources Section Manager and Project Manager at HNTB since March 2019, where responsibilities have included overseeing various water resource projects. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple engineering positions at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from November 2014 to February 2019, culminating as a Senior Staff Designer, Level III. Michael's experience also includes roles at Rinker Design Associates, P.C. as Engineer II and at William H. Gordon Associates as Senior Staff Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from George Mason University, along with an Associate of Science in Engineering from Northern Virginia Community College.
