Pat Brennan

Pat Brennan serves as the HR Business Partner for the New England Market at HNTB Corporation, overseeing approximately 330 employees across Massachusetts and Northern New England while specializing in sectors such as transportation, transit, rail, and environmental planning. In addition to this role, Pat co-chairs the HR Forum at the American Council of Engineering Companies, where discussions focus on industry challenges and HR best practices. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Suffolk Construction, supporting over 400 employees, and holding HR management positions at Kiewit and TIC - The Industrial Company, where Pat managed HR functions for large-scale construction projects and diverse teams. Pat holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, encompassing communication, psychology, and philosophy.
