Phillip Smith

Phillip Smith has extensive experience in project management and operations within the construction and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Design Build Scheduler III at HNTB since July 2021, Phillip has progressed through various roles including Design Build Scheduler II, Project Controls Specialist I, Scheduler I, and Inspector II. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at C&K Paving Contractors Inc. and multiple leadership positions at Hilton and Caribe Hilton, such as Assistant Director of Property Operations and Assistant Director of Engineering. Phillip's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, along with two Associate's degrees in Civil Engineering Technologies Management and Building Construction Technologies Management, all obtained from Ferris State University between 2011 and 2016.
