Seth Gallant

Seth Gallant, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager - Planning and Principal Transportation Planner at HNTB since September 2018, focusing on the West Seattle and Ballard Link Extensions project. Prior experience includes establishing a Transportation Planning practice as a Transportation Planner/Project Manager at OBEC Consulting Engineers from August 2015 to December 2017, and serving as a Transportation Planner at URS Corporation (now AECOM) from October 2005 to August 2015, managing various transportation projects through the development process. Earlier in his career, Seth worked as a Transportation Planning Specialist for the Washington State Department of Transportation from 2003 to 2005 and as a Customer Service Representative/Transportation Dispatcher for the TriMet Medical Transportation Program from 2001 to 2003. Seth holds a Master in Urban & Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Portland State University.
