Whitney Libby is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President and Senior Director of Human Resources at HNTB, with previous roles including Associate Vice President and Human Resources Director for the East Region. Whitney is also a board member for the CT State Colleges & Universities Foundation and has served on various boards, including Stamford Partnership and Stamford Innovation Week.
