Dennis Baltbardis

Dennis Baltbardis is an experienced Inspector of Record with a robust background in healthcare construction projects, having held significant roles at various notable institutions. Currently serving as Senior Inspector of Record at Hoag Hospital since September 2017, Dennis is involved in expanding the main emergency department. Simultaneously, Dennis is also an Inspector of Record for Signature Healthcare’s Aliso Viejo Behavioral Hospital, providing oversight for the construction of a 120-bed facility. Previous experience includes contract services at Kaiser Permanente for medical center developments, as well as principal inspector roles at Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Huntington Hospital. Dennis possesses a Certificate of Completion in Building Construction Technology from Coastline College and has extensive knowledge of California Building Standards.
