January Lopez

January Lopez, MD, serves as the Medical Director of Breast Imaging at Hoag Hospital since October 2014 and is a Radiologist with Newport Harbor Radiology Associates since July 2010. Prior experience includes a Clinical Fellowship in the Breast Imaging Division of the Department of Radiology at UCLA Health from July 2005 to June 2010, where January Lopez also completed a residency as Chief Resident and received the Outstanding Senior Resident award. Earlier training was at St. Mary Medical Center as a Resident Physician in Internal Medicine, recognized as Intern of the Year. January Lopez earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and holds a Bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
